A Cannabis Social Club (CSC) is a non-commercial cultivation association. The goal is not profit maximization, but the safe and legal self-supply of the community. We collectively share the costs of cultivation, equipment, and premises, and organize club life according to democratic principles.
Membership is open to all persons aged 21 and over who have a permanent residence or habitual abode in Germany. A prerequisite is also the acceptance of our statutes and club rules. We expect a responsible approach to cannabis.
Absolutely. We work fully in compliance with the requirements of the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). This means, among other things: a maximum of 500 members, distribution exclusively to verified members, strict youth protection, and no public advertising. We maintain transparent communication with the relevant authorities.
Due to the legal upper limit of 500 members, our capacities are limited. We are currently still accepting members. Once the limit is reached, we will activate a waiting list that is processed chronologically based on the registration date.
We strictly adhere to the legal dispensing quantities of the KCanG: A maximum of 25 grams per day and a maximum of 50 grams per month. These limits are monitored by our system and fully documented to ensure legal security for all members.

No. There is no central 'stoner register'. We do not proactively transmit data to authorities, employers, or driver's license offices unless a court order exists.
We rely on fair pricing models. There will be a monthly basic fee covering administration and basic costs, as well as fair dispensing prices (at-cost price + flat fee) for the products.
You must legally verify yourself to the club (ID). Externally, however, we act discreetly. The membership lists are not publicly viewable.
Yes! As a club member, you have voting rights and can help decide which strains we grow next. We plan regular votings.
